Income Verification

Three months of consecutive current bank statements. ALL pages must be included and be one sided.
Three months of consecutive paystubs.

Pre‑Qualification Requirements

To begin the application, please present the following documents:

Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older.
Income Verification Items.
Additional documents that may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets.
Two years of Resident or Rental Verification if applicable.

Important: Apartments will be monitored for compliance with applicable income and eligibility requirements and are subject to other restrictions. Residents are subject to annual re‑certification.
